Lar de Paula
A classic region, a unique winery

        Lar de Paula winery is located in the famous wine region of Rioja Alavesa, Spain, where the combination of limestone soil with a humid climate, the right sunshine and a perfect year-round temperature make it the most suitable area for grape planting and wine making.  

       The winery follows the gradual rhythm of nature and finds the best way and moment from a wealth of experience for wine making. The Tempranillo grapes from the estate are known for their fresh-ness and fruity flavour. Thanks to the terroir condition and the innovative techniques, the wines not only taste smooth and with great aroma, but also hold the potential to be aged for a longer period of time. That is why they have been rewarded with numerous international awards. 


Balbás
A golden region, a glorious noble winery

      Founded in 1777, Balbas is an old family winery in the D.O. (abbreviation of Denominación de Origen: which is part of a regulatory classification system used primarily for Spanish wines.) region of Ribera de Duero in Spain and is also one of the cre-ators of the D.O. producing region. There are six generations dedicated to the precious art of wine-making.  

       The vineyards of the winery are located on the banks of the Douro (Spanish:Duero) River. The excellent climate and terroir of this area are the keys to the extraordinary quality of grapes. It is regarded as the golden region of the D.O. where you can find the vineyards of some of the top Spanish wineries in this area such as Vega Sicilia and Pingus.  

       Balbás Winery is dedicated to producing high-quality wines that shows the distinctive character of the region, giving the wine its authenticity and elegance. It has been selected by the Wine & Spirits magazine as one of the world’s top 100 wineries, as well as having received glowing evaluations from other wine magazines such as Wine Spectator and Wine Advocate.   


Castillo de Monjardín
French style, selected by the best

         The Castillo de Monjardín is located in the northwest of Navarra, Spain, at the foot of the beautiful Pyrenees, just a stone´s throw away from the French border. The vineyards are located on a sunny hillside which average height is about 600 meters above sea level, facing the typical Mediterranean north wind, which is very suitable terrain and climate for planting grapes. 

        Different from other parts of Spain, this area is not only geographically connected to France, but also shares a common history and culture. Therefore, it provides a long tradition of making wines such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The estate also use Grenache (Spainish:Granacha) and Pinot Noir to make excellent red wines which express a fresh and fruity aroma. Over the past 25 years, Castillo de Monjardín winery has won more than 100 awards and public recommendations from countless experts. 


Lagravera
The biodynamic wines grow among the stones

        Lagravera is situated in a unique place in the Catalonia region, Spain, where the pure ore geology is ideal for planting grapes. With its low rainfall and extreme temperature differences between winter and summer, this place becomes a treasure trove of grapes.  

      Moreover, Lagravera has obtained the German certifi-cation Demeter. This means the winery has to strictly follow the standards of biodynamic and the organic planting. The vineyard is surrounded by stones, and the different flowers and grass layers have increased the biodiversity of the area. And thanks to the natural friendly environment, the rich soil allows the vine to bear the fruits with better quality year after year.   

      Following the biodynamic farming method, the winery shows a special respects towards the nature and its environment, leading us to embark on this natural dynamic journey. 


Polvanera
Cassano family’s treasure

        A long family tradition characterizes the history of Polvanera, founded in 2002 through the determination of its owner and oenologist Filippo Cassano.  

      Located between Acquaviva delle Fonti and Gioia del Colle, Polvanera is surrounded by a singular countryside, with typical dry stone walls, downy oaks and vineyards. The cellar itself is uncommon: excavated into 8 meters of limestone rock, this charming structure allows the ageing of wines at a constant temperature.

     The main characteristics of Primitivo from the Murgian area are: beautiful colour, from deep-purple red to ruby red and dark red during the development; fresh, pure nose of red and black berries and herbs and spices; sumptuous, elegant taste supported by velvety tannins and marked by fresh and mineral notes. These features render the wine extremely enduring.

pioneer organic winery in apulia

    In 1950, Cantine Losito was established in Puglia (in English: Apulia) by the vine grower Giovanni Losito.  In 1997, Leonardo, the son of Giovanni, decided to convert the vinery to the organic farming principles-a decade before the public was aware of this topic.

       Having over 65 years experience in winemaking science, Giovanni wanted to continue the family tradition and passion, meanwhile making additional contributions with advanced skills, continuous studies, tasting and a great awareness in the new dynamics of the winemaking technique. In 2015, Cantine Losito presented its first self-branded bottles.

       Located in the heart of the village of Murgia, in the municipal district of Mottola, the Ludovico family has been devoted to agriculture since 1800 for four generations. With untiring activity and considerable passion, this family has been able to improve production of its crops, especially wine grapes.

      Masseria Ludovico is a member of Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti, (FIVI). This organization has the scope of representing and safeguarding the figure of the winemaker in relation to the institutions by promoting the quality and authenticity of Italian wines.
